£10 Gift Card Offer – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the £10 Gift Card promotion offered by Creditec Limited (‘Creditec’) through Giftcloud Limited (‘Giftcloud’). By clicking through to one of the eligible providers' websites, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions; therefore, please read carefully.

  1. Customers who select and are approved for a qualifying credit card through the Creditec credit card comparison journey will be eligible to receive a £10 gift card. The gift card will be provided by Giftcloud and can be redeemed against a choice of over 10 household brands.
  2. The offer is fulfilled by GiftCloud and Creditec. The credit providers have no liability in relation to the provision of this offer. The offer is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  3. This promotion is valid for new credit agreements taken out between 1 June 2026 and 30 June 2026.
  4. Gift cards are only available on new credit agreements taken out with the following participating lenders: 118 Money, Aqua, Capital One, Fluid, HSBC, MBNA, Marbles, Santander, thimbl, Zable, and Zempler.
  5. Customers who cancel their credit agreement within 14 days of approval will not be eligible for the gift card.
  6. This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
  7. Eligible customers will receive an email from Giftcloud within 30 days of entering into a qualifying credit agreement, containing instructions on how to select their gift card.
  8. Customers should review the individual terms and conditions of their chosen gift card before redemption.
  9. Customers must claim their gift card within 90 days of receiving the Giftcloud email. The gift card can be delivered to an email address or mobile phone.
  10. Vouchers should be treated like cash and kept securely. They can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  11. Please note emails will be sent to the email address provided when signing up to the offer with GiftCloud. Please ensure that emails from GiftCloud are accepted into your inbox and do not end up in your junk/spam/promotional folder.

  13. The application and transaction must be completed in a single session via the Creditec journey to ensure eligibility is tracked correctly. If you leave the journey, visit another affiliate site, or return later, your eligibility may not be tracked, and you may not receive the reward.
  14. If you use adblocking software, a VPN, or have cookies disabled on your device, the sale may not track correctly and you will not qualify for the reward.
  15. Giftcloud reserves the right to request proof of a qualifying transaction, such as an order reference or confirmation email from the credit provider, to verify eligibility.
  16. Giftcloud does not have access to or control over the status of your credit application. All eligibility decisions are based on information provided by the credit provider, which shall be considered final.
  17. Creditec or GiftCloud holds the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time or if they believe that the terms of the offer are being abused in any way.
